Toyochem Corporation Berhad (TOYOCHEM) is listed on the 2nd Board of the BURSA MALAYSIA. Its current subsidiaries are Toyochem Sdn Bhd (TSB), Toyochem Graphics Sdn Bhd (TG), Toyochem Ink Pte Ltd (TIPL), Toyo Ink (Middle East) Fze (TIME) (which is held through TIPL) and Toyochem Printing Chemical Sdn Bhd (TPC) (which is held through TSB).

The Toyochem Group is principally engaged in the manufacturing and trading of printing inks. The group also provides services to the graphic art industry and act as agents of graphic arts film and other related printing products.

TSB, TG and TPC are based in Malaysia while TIPL & TIME are based in Singapore and Dubai respectively. The core companies of the Toyochem Group (excluding TPC and TIME) commenced operation in 1988 and since then, the Toyochem Group's performance has been commendable in the printing ink industry.

The Group's printing ink products are mainly manufactured by TSB, which is also the designated production centre for Malaysia, Singapore and other regional markets. TG and TIPL function as the marketing and distribution arms of the Group's products and services.

Toyochem is 51% own by Toyo Ink Asia Limited, Hong Kong (TIAS) a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyo Ink Manufacturing Co. Ltd. of Japan (TIJ). Our ultimate parent company, TIJ, is among the most established printing ink manufacturers in the world. Listed on the Japan Stock Exchange since 1965, TIJ has more than 60 subsidiaries worldwide, thus enabling us to enjoy easy acces to the most advanced technological developments.
